Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Most of our services can not be cancelled, while customer has liberty to whether to use our services or not for the service contract period. In some case as per the purchase order or SaaS contract upon non usage of services for more than 60 Days or as per the specified period in purchase order or SaaS Contract, same can be terminated without giving any refund, customer has to agree to use our service regularly before they signup for our services. We strictly don’t entertain any points that why don’t we resume services within services contract period once services has been terminated due to non usage.

We will try our best to serve our clients. We always request our clients to check with our service contracts, our offering, software features, software demos / trial with available plan, support timings / availability. Customer are requested to make payment only after they satisfy with all the terms. As we works with very little margin and most of our services are being online / resell / third party depend where we require to invest upfront and most of such payments are non refundable we regret to mention that in no case payment shall be refunded. Customer has rights to use the services as long as the service contract is valid as per Purchase Order Terms & Conditions.

Please read your Contract/SaaS Agreement/Invoice Terms & Condition before purchase and accept the same before proceeding to payment as payment will be non refundable.
